What are the necessary PC system requirements to download your CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials? 
You will need a minimum of a 75 MHz Pentium CPU, a minimum of 32 MB of RAM and about 10 MB of hard drive space for each module.  Please refer to the individual module page for exact file size.

Can I customize the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals?
Yes.  All our CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals curriculum are completely customizable.  All our lessons are not inter-related, which let you reorganize and group the lessons to suit your own training programs.  You can also edit the manuals easily as they are delivered to you in Microsoft Word 2000 format.

Can I insert my company's information in the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals?
Yes. You can insert your organization's name, logo or details in any part of the manuals.  However the copyright remains with ComputerTrainingManual.com and the copyright notice MUST NOT be removed from the manuals.

Is it easy to customize the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals contents?
You need only Microsoft Word basic skills in order to customize the manuals (as the manuals are in Microsoft Word format).  After you remove and rearrange the content of the manuals, the table of contents and the page numbering are updated automatically.  All lessons in the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals are independent and you can rearrange the sequence of the lessons as you wish to suit your own training programs.  You can even jump start any lesson you wish without having to finish the previous lessons and you do not need to pre-installed any exercise files.

Is the CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials suitable for both Instructor-led and self-paced training?
Yes.  You can use our CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials for instructor-led classroom training, self-paced learning or as a quick reference.  The CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials are a complete visual step-by-step series that is developed in non-technical terms and is easy to followed by all levels of users from managers to school students, from computer professionals to computer novices.

How do I evaluate your CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials?

You can preview or  download the samples of our training materials for your evaluation.  These samples contain only a part of the full version CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials.  The samples must NOT be used for training.

Can I reprint the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals?
Yes. You can reprint as many copies of the training manuals as you like. However, the copies of manuals must only be used at your designated site, unless previously agreed in writing by EBook Publishing. Printed CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals curriculum may not be sold, lent or hired to any third party.  You MUST NOT use the CompleteVISUAL^TM manuals curriculum to create a derivative work or attempt to create a product that is visually or functionally similar for resale.

Will the site license expire?
No.  There is no time limit for using the training materials. You can continue using the materials you have purchased for as long as you like.  All purchased materials can be used anywhere within your country.

Is there any annual renewal fee for the site license?
No. You can reprint the manuals and use the training materials anytime you like without paying annual renewal fee for the materials you have purchased the rights for.

Will I get updates of the CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials for free?
Yes. Customers who have purchased our CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials will receive the new additional lessons, exercises, improvements or corrections, for the purchased training materials for FREE. 

Will I get new upgrades/edition of the CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials for free?
No.  However, you will get substantial discounts (more than 20%) for the new upgrades/edition of the CompleteVISUAL^TM training materials you have purchased.

Do you accept credit cards and checks?
Yes. You can pay by credit cards through our online ClickBank Secure server.  We currently accept major credit cards like VISA, MasterCard, American Express , Discover cards etc.  You can also pay by check in US dollars.  You need to fill up the online form if you were to pay by check.
